Braper kali mak nak pesan ni noks? mak ni dh amalkn lama..mak ni kalo nak ikut melepek, mmg macam vegetable tau..bukan melepek sbb penat kt opis, tp sbb after opis aku ke gym..balik lewat tido lewat. esok pagi nyer mesti jammed.. <BR/><BR/>jadi mak cuma amalkan green tea jek.. alhamdulillah segar badan & mata.. personal trainer mak pon suh minum green tea utk bagi tenaga bila workout.. <BR/><BR/>ada paham?
